Rick Ross was weighing 350 lbs and he was just sleeping for three hours a night.
That was not all, he was uncaringly eating 24-oz. steaks at 4 a.m–a lifestyle which nearly caused him his life.
After suffering two seizures within six hours of each other in 2011–which required his private jet to make an emergency landings both times, Rick Ross says, he had a big rethink.
And per recommendation of his doctor, Rick says, he changed his diet and jumped into exercise which helped him in losing 75 lbs and saving his life.
He told Men’s Health in its September issue that; “I’m happy…I’m still losing weight, and now I’m starting to build hard muscle in places.”
