BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - The Ada County Prosecutor's Office says a 35-year-old Kuna woman has been indicted by a grand jury and charged with 20 criminal counts involving sexual contact with eight different minors.Courtney Reschke was arrested in early December after police said she gave alcohol to high school students and also had sexual contact with them.
Ada County Deputy Prosecutor Jean Fisher says Reschke was indicted Wednesday and charged with 11 counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of child under the age of 16, and seven counts of dispensing alcohol to minors.
Reschke is currently being held in the Ada County Jail on a $750,000 bond.
The maximum penalty for lewd conduct with a minor is life in prison.
Reschke is scheduled to next appear in court on January 8.
